Well I lost my internet for a while due to thunderstorm. Unfortunately everytime a little thunderstorm comes around my dsl modem gets hit. But now I'm back
Saturday, August 13 - VLCD 2
Weighed down 3lbs. WooHoo did happy dance.. 222lbs -3lbs = 219lbs
drops b4 breakfast. Then had breakfast 30 min later, which consisted of an apple.
drops b4 lunch. Lunch was 1c. of HCG Chili (recipe I found online) and 2 Melba Toast
dropsb4 supper. Supper was 3 oz. Grilled Chicken with different spices & 100g of roasted asparagus (which I had never ate before, but with the spices I added it was okay)
praying I have good weight loss in the morning. It would be AWESOME if I can keep losing @ 2 lbs a day..
Sunday, August 14 - VLCD 3
Weighed loss 0lbs so still at 219lbs (wasn't happy at all with the scale, we had an arguement! Well I argued a lot LOL
drops b4 breakfast. Breakfast was 1/2 Grapefruit
drops b4 lunch. Lunch was 3 oz. seasoned/grilled tilapia, some cucumbers seasoned with sea salt & pepper & 1 melba toast
drops b4 supper. Supper was 3 oz. of seasoned/grilled lean sirloin steak, lettuce, tomato & 1 melba toast
Monday, August 15- VLCD 4
weighed -2lbs. so now down to 217lbs.
drops b4 breakfast. Breakfast was an apple
drops b4 lunch. Lunch was 1c. of HCG Chili & 2 melba toast
drops b4 supper. Supper was 3oz. of lean roast w/onions, 3oz of grape tomatoes & a small orange
Tuesday, August 16 -VLCD 5
weighed down another 2lbs. So I'm now at 215. Loss of 8lbs so far!!
drops b4 breakfast. Breakfast was 1/2 grapefruit
drops b4 lunch. Lunch was leftover 3oz. of lean roast & 3oz.grape tomatoes
drops b4 supper. Supper (not what I had planned, I forgot to lay out my tilapia from the freezer :( so..) I had 1 whole egg, plus 2 egg whites, a tomato & an apple
I should also let you know I'm drinking 100+oz of water daily too. I have got to lose down to 150 for health purposes, but I would like to lose down to around 140-135. I will just have to wait and see how this goes.
