Okay I woke up this morning, emptied my bladder and stepped on the hideous scale. That thing is just not very friendly. It said 222lb, which is actally a lb lighter than yesterday (which is strange since it was a load day, but I'll take the lb loss)

okay after stepping off that hideous scale (which I hope becomes more friendly as this diet progresses) I went to do my HCG drops. Of course you have to wait 30 min. before eating or drinking anything after the drops. We were on our way to take my dd to allergy dr. when I was able to have "breakfast" which consisted of an apple and lots of water.

Lunch- 3oz lean sirloin steak & steamed broccoli (also lots more water)

Supper- 3oz of lean ground hamburger meat, lettuce, tomato & one melba toast. LOTS more water
Suprisingly I haven't been as hungry today as I thought I would be, which is very good. Night eating is usually the worst for me. But I'm hanging strong!! Day 1 down...
We will see what tomorrow holds in store for me. Wish me luck. I seriously need to lose this weight, for health reasons.
